Join us at the Studio for a monthly community Ecstatic Dance that will have you groovin' and flowing to some playful, engaging and funky tunes! We'll have coffee, tea and water available; bring breakfast snacks to share as you'd like (finger foods recommended).

11:15AM - Opening circle & setting intentions

11:20- 12:50 - Dance time!

12:50-1pm - Reflections and closing circle 

For those new to Ecstatic Dance, it's a way of moving your body freely to the music, allowing yourself to express what you feel in the moment. This style of dancing is restorative, refreshing and revitalizing, not to mention FUN!

Suggested: 

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring your water bottle, and a journal if you want to take down any notes or sketches about your experience. 

Important: 

- Please take care of yourself during dance sessions. This is a great space to tune in to how your mind, emotions and body are doing, and only participate in movement or other activities that feel comfortable to you.

- We love it when people dance together, but please respect others' verbal and non-verbal boundaries regarding conversation or touch. 

- Questions or concerns? Studio staff will be on hand to check in if you need anything during your stay.
