"Art and Healing" is a commonly used phrase to describe the intentional use of art making for the purposes of personal growth, self-expression, discovery, meditation, release of pent-up emotions or physical tension, and more. It is a gentle, fulfilling and inspiring practice that anyone can do, regardless of your background, talent/skill or knowledge. 

In this monthly group, led by a professional in the creative arts therapies, you will learn some basic exercises using creative media (such as art and craft, writing, digital, movement, or creative visualization) and have a chance to practice them in a supportive and encouraging environment. Learn about yourself, find relief from stress or discomforts, find your creative "voice", or just have a fun relaxing time creating with others. 

All materials are included in the group fee. Space is limited- Preregistration prior to each session is strongly encouraged to ensure your spot.
