COST: $5 suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
INCLUDES: Creative and technical guidance from SASS staff, tools and materials as needed, coffee/tea & light refreshments.

Studies in the Creative Arts Therapies have shown that coloring can help reduce anxiety and overall stress, provide a form of active mindfulness meditation, and boost mood. Plus, it's just plain fun to color!
