“Prima Materia”: A concept in medieval alchemy meaning “First Material”, i.e. the everyday stuff out of which the Philosopher’s Stone and the healing Soma are rendered… Much like the transformative power of the creative arts.
Join Serena Appel, Registered Art Therapist and fine artist, along with a stellar lineup of Visionary and Expressive Arts panel members, as we illuminate all of the ways Visionary Arts and Art For Healing intersect and enhance one another, as well as providing a deeper dive into the nature and definition of these complementary creative fields.
