Join us for a monthly community Ecstatic Dance that will have you groovin' and flowing to some playful, engaging and funky tunes! 

This month, we will be gathering at the Gazebo at the Old Town Park, at the intersection of Bay and Laurel Streets in downtown Florence. Make a statement with your funkiest, flashiest costumes and outdoor dance toys! We'll be going rain or shine, so be sure to prepare for the weather. 

For those new to Ecstatic Dance, it's a way of moving your body freely to the music, allowing yourself to express what you feel in the moment. This style of dancing is restorative, refreshing and revitalizing, not to mention FUN!
