Imagine dancing in tune with others around you, each tapping into and freely expressing "what moves them", in harmony with delicious music and beats, in a space that feels safe and welcoming. Imagine how much freedom and well being it could bring, when we feel connected to ourselves, others and the world around us.

Welcome to the Ecstatic Dance experience!

This form of dance is open to all people and ages, of all levels of ability.  You'll want to wear comfortable clothing that's loose enough to move in. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early if you need to check in and pay.

We will get started promptly at 11:00am with a warm up and opening circle, where we will set our intentions for the dance. Once the dance session is over, there will be a closing ceremony and a chance to share any feedback about your experience. SASS staff/hosts will be on hand to help with anything you might need during the event.
