The SASS Co-Working office is an 8 x 10', furnished, lockable, private space available by the day, week or month, with flexible availability. Rates start from $25 per day, max $500 monthly. Rate discounts, storage of personal items, modifiable space, and other perks are negotiable with longer-term recurring rentals. Suitable for: remote working, video conferencing, space for meeting clients in person or online, drawing, painting, small scale sculpture, sewing, crafts, drafting, writing, studying, etc. Space rental comes with: -Off-street parking -natural, overhead and task lighting -High-speed Wi-Fi -Reservable common area space for classes, meetings and events -Reserveable media room with access to multi-media equipment -Discounts on rental of tools/supplies, classes, and ticketed events -Space to consign and display your creative work (per availability) -Kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee/tea and snacks -Access to office equipment- printer/copier, FAX service, etc. -Use our address to receive mail and phone calls, with recurring rental -Supportive and encouraging creative community!
